The bonding of the samples of the thin sections on its object holder is one of the important and sensitive operations, which determines the quality of the thin sections.
In order to control perfectly the thickness of the adhesive joint, it is necessary to be able to reproduce the polymerisation temperature and the pressure applied on the sample.
The Heating Bonding Press 1 04 02 meet this needs:
- Power supply : 230 V. single phase 50 or 60 Hz, 0,4 kW
- Each sample is pressed on its glass plate by a weight on its middle
- The regulation enables to display the bonding temperature which will be maintained at ± 2° C within the temperature line from 20° C to 130 ° C
This press can receive either:
- up to 12 small samples of the following dimensions : 26×46 – 27×47 – 28×48 or 30×45
- or 6 big samples (45×60 – 50×75)
- or mixed accommodation 6 small samples + 3 big samples
